CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By completing the web form and submitting the personal data specified therein, I hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Partnership “Kontakt Intersearch” (Kontakt Intersearch), BIN 230740019855, legal address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Medeu District, A26D6H4, Sarsenbaeva A Street, Building 113 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to the collection and processing of my personal data specified in the completed web form on the Operator’s website https://kontaktintersearch.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as data collected when using the Website.

By giving this consent, I confirm that I provide it freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and that the personal data provided by me are accurate.
The purposes of collecting and processing personal data are:

preparation, conclusion and performance of civil law contracts;
provision of services in the field of personnel recruitment and human resources management consulting;
formation and maintenance of the Operator’s candidate database and talent pool;
interaction with me regarding services provided and potentially provided;
sending informational, analytical and research materials;
promotion of the Operator’s goods, works and services;
analysis of the use of the Website and improvement of its operation.

Within the framework of the specified purposes, the Operator has the right to carry out the collection, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of personal datausing automated means and without using such means in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Operator has the right to transfer my personal data to third parties, including clients and potential employers as part of the provision of personnel recruitment services, as well as persons engaged by the Operator to ensure the operation of information systems, communication services and other processes necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this consent, subject to compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data protection.
In the course of processing personal data, their cross-border transfer is permitted in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to compliance with the requirements established by law for the protection of personal data.
My personal data shall not be disseminated in publicly accessible sources without obtaining separate consent, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Personal data shall be stored in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the requirements for storing personal data in a database located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This consent shall remain valid until the purposes of collecting and processing personal data have been achieved, unless another period for the storage or processing of personal data is established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by contract.
I have the right to withdraw this consent by sending the Operator a corresponding notification in writing to the Operator’s legal address or by another method that makes it possible to confirm receipt of such notification by the Operator.
Upon receipt of the notification of withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing personal data within fifteen business days, unless their further storage or processing is required in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or shall provide a reasoned refusal to cease processing in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Withdrawal of consent is not permitted in cases where such withdrawal contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or where there is an unfulfilled obligation.
The collection, processing and protection of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
